Mimi was a TechCrunch Disrupt  Battlefield 2014 finalist in New York City, made it 2nd at the world largest pitch competition at WebSummit 2014 in Dublin and made it 1st in the Music Discovery Category at Midem Competition in Cannes 2016.
Your tasks
We’re looking for a Lead Partnership Manager (m/f) with a passion for mobile technology, hardware and music. As our team lead you will build a topnotch Partnership Management team for our existing and new partners from the hardware-, software-, music- and health industry, define key processes and KPIs while we continue to grow.  

As our Lead Partnership Manager you will: 
  • Recruit, structure and grow our Partnership Managers team that onboards, manages and develops our key international partners and clients.
  • Manage the strategic clients (among them some of the largest tech companies worldwide) yourself while build a scalable, world-class organization. 
  • Provide leadership to your international and diverse team members.
  • Be a sparring partner for Product, Development and Marketing on a continuous basis.
  • Establish Partnership Management best practices through experienced processes, deliverables / KPIs and tools.
  • Impact an untapped market and experience the development of a truly innovative product and company.
  • Gain hands-on entrepreneurial experience in a fast moving technology company located in the heart of Berlin-Mitte.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Communication, Marketing - but also a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Audio Engineering, or related fields or equivalent practical experience is interesting.
  • Experience leading Partnership Management teams.
  • Fluent in English (company language is English). 
  • Fluency in other languages is a plus, especially in German.
It would be great if you:
  • Have great interpersonal skills, a solid technical understanding, and a deep experience with Partnership Management yourself.
  • Are highly motivated and communicative, very agile in handling business, strong execution skills.
  • Have strong organization and prioritization skills as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a proven track record of working towards strategic goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have the wisdom to know when to shift priorities.
  • Have experience in a mobile- / tech-driven and/or audio, music, streaming or health environment.
  • Have an open, curious, and bold approach to problem-solving 
  • Can lead by example, managing the most important clients yourself.
  • Have 4+ years Partnership Management experience, 2+ years leadership experience
  • Be open to a very agile environment, to new industries and business models and clients with very diverse cultural backgrounds.
